Activity isnt escalating in number, its simply displaying more energy.

We still experience 10 to 25 paranormal events per 24 hr cycle. When people are within the building, to experience.

Its been a long time since anyone left with nothing.

Now though we are seeing an escalation in light, voice and movement in the sense of intensity not frequency.

SO we have decided that we will slow the final 3rd floor deconstruction , and bring in people known to be sincere.

Access will be limited, no crowds of 20. More like 8 people and a bonfire.

This will be the last summer you can witness the interior exposed hand carved beam structure, after this year it will be modernized(buried).

It is the last year I can hold modernization back.

Then me and two other ladies went to the room with the hanging bed. One lady was sitting by the door on the floor the other was sitting in a chair and I was sitting under the window by the head of the bed. The one lady did not like sitting by the door, she said she had a bad feeling. I sang the ABC’s to see if we could get the little girl to come out.

We heard a noise down the hall, and something touched one of the girls arm and they both practically ended up in my lap. After that the flashlight turned on, we asked if ” she liked the abcs” and the flashlight turned on and off. We asked if “she was a little girl?” and the flashlight turned on. We also were freezing. We asked if she “like to scare people, if she thought it was funny” and the flashlight turned on. Then she started to flashlight on and off. We asked if “she liked to play games?” and the flashlight turned on. One of the ladies said she had been fine all night but that room made her feel very uncomfortable. The window started to rattle very hard in the frame about ten times. One lady asked “Do you get lonely?” And the flashlight instantly turned on. Then the lady on my left made a noise and said something grabbed her wrist, when we asked the flashlight turned on. We asked her to tap on the window again and t instantly made noise. We then started singing some little kids song, and the flashlight was turning on and off.

We kept hearing noises in the hall. She sang Camptown races and the flashlight was turning on and off keeping time with her. We asked if she was getting tired and the light turned on.

While we just moving around we notice that the light on the shed was flashing on and off very quickly and it is not supposed to do that it flashed for over an hour.

This was an especially active night and I hope everyone had as much fun as me!

Something deep in the middle of the building, is activating the system. For 5 seconds then it stops. No glass breaking detected, no door opening detected, and the police find the building secure.

Alarm guys came out Sunday(today), added more detectors, added other sensing devices. Bottom line we have been told these are the best $ can buy, they guard jewelry stores. The experts say this is not possible, it cant be happening.

Really? Welcome to my world! It is happening, at the same time, same place in the building 4 times in 8 weeks.

Next month cameras go in x 10. I may not be able to stop it, but I will try my best to identify it.

Morse Mill Hotel        Saturday April 21, 2012

On the first tour of the night from 6 to 8pm  we had a very interesting person with us he was able to tell where the ghost were, when they were around and what they were feeling.  In the basement he described the man in the cistern room that I have seen down to the smallest detail, brown boots, charcoal colored pants, and a tan shirt.  He said he died when he was in his late twenties and has been at the house for over 90 years.  He wants to be left alone by us and the other ghosts or spirits in the house.  He said we should bring a ball cap and leave it for him because he has a slight bald spot on the back of his head and he is embarrassed by it.  Then he got the impression in the fireplace room that there were several people and they were cold, when I snapped a few pictures there were a bunch of orbs around the fireplace. On the second floor we went to the room with the hanging bed.  He said he felt a very sad little girl that she was wearing a white night gown with flowers on it.  He said her brother did bad things to her and no one believed her, he also got a strong impression of a very strict father and a mother who was overweight and didn’t really care for the girl.  Now he told me all of this before I told him that I had gotten the same thing from that room one night when she was talking and answering questions (I had goose bumps)   He said the boy would shove her under the bed and poke her  with things.  He said she was still here to make her brother who was still here uncomfortable.  He said he also got the impressions of a young, ugly, tall boy in the room, he thinks he may of died as a teenager or very young adult and it was from some kind of disease.  In my experience I feel sick in that room a lot and so do others.   
After that we went to the attic where he got the impression of a very big, sloppy, smelly person from the back room.  He also had the feeling that someone used to get locked in the back room for a punishment.  While walking around the first floor we kept smelling lilac and Jasmine scents.  While in room one he said that there was an angry older man in room 5 and we shouldn’t go in there at the moment and when u looked through the cracks in the room you could see that couch held the impression of someone sitting there.  Back on the second floor we were just wandering around when one of the ladies asked us all to stop moving and when it was quiet to me it sounded like someone was slapping there hand to their leg and it was pretty loud, we all heard it.  When we went back down stairs and were talking he told me that the man in the basement was protective of me and I should feel safe around him.  Which is weird because usually I don’t always feel comfortable back there, he said I didn’t feel comfortable because he paid a lot of attention to me.  Anyways the night started well……

The tour from 8 to 10pm Not a whole lot happened except for when talking to one of the ladies after she had gone and sat in the room with the hanging bed, she said she was sitting there and all of a sudden a heaviness came over her and she got the impression of a sad, scared little girl in a white night gown, she said that someone hurt her really badly and she kept getting the name (I think if I remember correctly) Heddy or Hatty.  Now I had not told what had happened earlier or anything about the girl in that room, I had goose bumps listening to her.  She then told me that it took a while but the heaviness finally left her.   

The tour from 10pm to Midnight we didn’t hear a whole lot but in the dungeon room they were standing on the block in there with the chain around their back draped over their arms and felt like something was pulling the chain further down on their back.  It happened to at least two different people.  Also someone had the feeling that someone was standing behind them while in the room.  Unfortunately I did not get to hang out with this crew of people too much, the next tour of people were showing up, but it sounded like quite a few of them had some interesting stories, I hope they write them up and send them in so I can read them.

On the Midnight to 2am tour we got K2 hits in the area right outside the piano room, After that we went to Room 4 and were getting even stronger hits on the K2, but not responding to questions.  There were very pronounced cold spots in the room, you could feel where they stopped and started.  We then and sat in the dungeon room while we were in there we kept hearing someone having a conversation above us also I heard piano music off and on.  In the room with the fireplace we got a few K2 hits and we were getting cold air blowing into the room.  Next we went into the room with the hanging bed, we got steady K2 hits, and the guy standing in the doorway kept seeing something moving down the hall, he then felt something touch his neck and about 30 seconds later the man in the room felt something touch his neck.  We went down the hall to the room right by the steps where he was seeing the shadow.  Instantly got K2 hits and the room was freezing.  The person was answering questions somewhat, we got that it was a woman and that she lived there, also at the same time we were all freezing, the guy that first had his neck touched said it felt like someone was pushing him from behind.  I turned my flashlight on and set it on the floor next to K2 meter.  A few minutes later she turned it off then back on.  It must of turned off and on an dimmed at least 50 times. I was so cold I was shaking. We asked if she would light up the K2 and the flashlight at the same time.  The guy next to me was visibly pushed again from behind.  After that the K2 lit up and held red and the flashlight started turning on and off while the K2 held on red. This went on for quite some time, it was pretty impressive.  When we were leaving one of the ladies snapped a picture of me and I had an orb on my chest and that is also where I had been the coldest. 

I’d say this night was very entertaining and I hope everyone had a good time!

 Then they moved to the Slave dungeon, light continued.

While on the tour I was with a couple in the room with the hanging bed, we walked down there because we were hearing noises from that end of the hallway.  We went and stood in the room and the K2 meter started lighting up, they weren’t answering questions, but then the window started shaking in the frame, I tried to see if there was wind and I didn’t see any, also it felt very deliberate.  Then I asked them to tap on the window instead and I demonstrated what I wanted on a different window, and almost immediately after I tapped on the window there was tapping on the other window right after me.  I asked them to do this several more times and as soon as I asked after every time there was distinct tapping on the window.  Also that evening while in the attic I saw the light being slightly moved for about thirty seconds, Annabelle never turned off the light, but she lit up the K2 meter quite a bit to say Hi.

She was standing in the slave dungeon, wrapped the loose link chain that sits on the shackle block jokingly around her neck, and joked about being hung, by a chain. Next thing she summoned her companions, to get the june bug off her back. Notice the large blue circle on her forehead as she plays her game, the orb is upon her.

IT WASNT A JUNE BUG, SHE HAD BEEN SCRATCHED, 3 TIMES GOING DOWN THE CENTER OF HER BACK.

Don’t taunt things you can not see, especially given we can’t predict response.

This is how people get thrown, poke fun at them within their house. Especially the big guy we call Edward, we have seen his shadow and he looks like about 5ft 10 and 280, huge. I interviewed the 300lb man that was thrown in the basement, it is reported the man was extremly belligerant..

Grandma thankfully is okay, and says she”ll be back. I think she wants a piece of what scratched her, I will not be attending that night she returns.

Girl had her hair pulled.

20 min flashlight on and off to questioning, in front of 10 people. Edward the German Slave trader, who reportedly died in the building.

A man was scratched on the arm by something unseen, no sound was heard. No nails, boards or explanation was present.

Some people claimed they heard footsteps approaching, as they stoopped you could them take a few steps and stop.

Something drained the guides flashlight, new batteries. This is why we use rechargeable!

Outside the prostitute room #4, a guests flashlight rolled in full view of everyone on its own in the hall outside the room.

A lot happens when storms are present, especially since we started preparing the interior for renovation.

It will be an interesting weekend full of visitors.

We then heard footsteps, shuffling and the heavy metal lid on the cistern rattle, not a lot but more like it was vibrating.

We then went up into the piano room, where they are removing old wall board, and heard footsteps again.

When they start aproaching, I decided to grab the ladder I came for and leave.

I wasnt in the building 2 mniutes, how people stay at night I have no idea.

I went upstairs to see how the other two were doing and they were hearing noises from the room at the end of the hall they could not explain, We had a bunch of K2 hits the whole two hours but not really responding to questions.
I was with the group from 10- midnight, four of us were sitting in room four, we had a lot of K2 hits and my flashlight was rolling a little in the doorway. After that we went into the piano room, one of the ladies started to play the piano and the K2 meter went crazy for the whole time she was playing. When she stopped the flashlight on the mantle turned on and off several times, when asked if she should play some more, the K2 lit up and held red for quite a long time.

While we were in the piano room, two of the people upstairs sitting in the room with the hanging bed were hearing noises in the hall and the room directly next to it.

When we were finishing up and sitting by the fire the K2 lit up and held with us outside. We got quite a few really good solid orb pictures this evening as well.

Strange unseen colors of lights, happened throughout their stay.

Lights that emitted a streaming tail of something, in reds?

Orbs emitting something as well?

They have not finished reviewing the evidence yet, but we suspect they will have more. Anyone brave enough to go in, with so few people tends to feel outnumbered, by late night.

The spirit box also said Eddy when asked his name.

As we left the room that we had been in I was the last person in line. I had my sling bag with equipment draped over my right shoulder, as I walked passed the last room I felt the bag catch on something and pull back on me. I thought that I had caught a nail or doorknob but when I turned around to undo the bag from what it was caught on, the bag was actually suspended in mid air. I responded and asked that it be let go, it was and it fell down my arm and was spinning when the rest of the group turned to see what/who I was talking too. We responded that we were not leaving just moving and that it could move with us and we continued downstairs. About a week later as I reviewed the camcorder from that night I actual found that we had caught a voice(s) at the same time. It says “help me, help me” two different times, once in a male voice then in a female voice, immediately after the female voice is when I respond to the bag being pulled. We did not hear these voices when we were at the house only on review and everyone in the group agrees that no one has or did say help me while at the house. I have the footage from when the bag has fallen down my arm (unfortunately the camera was in the group in front of me)

We met up with the whole group and split up again, Jeff and I stayed with the same couple and went into room four with them.  There was a noticeable difference in temperature in the room, we were getting K2 hits but they were not answering direct questions.  I had my flashlight sitting in the doorway of the room and it started switching on and off, when prompted by asking them to turn it on then off.  The flashlight did that several times, and then it just was flickering on its own.  The lady set her flashlight down next to mine in the on position, we asked for them to turn hers off, They did not, but when asked to move her flashlight it rolled in the doorway.  It did that about three times when asked.  

We then met up with the whole group and split up again, this time we stayed with Chelsey and Candice in the Piano room.  While in there we had K2 hits that were lighting up and holding red for several seconds.  We then went and sat out in the  middle room by the stairs to the second floor,  The K2 went crazy and was flashing to red on and off,  when it stopped I asked if they were happy Pat was fixing the place up for them, and it lit up and held red for several seconds, I then asked if they were going to stay when he was finished with the construction and K2 lit up and held red for several  seconds,  I then bent over to pick up my flashlight and as soon as I had it in my hand it turned off, my hand wasn’t anywhere near  the switch, while it was in my hand the light flickered on and off several times, by then the whole group had gravitated to where we were and saw what was happening with the flashlight and the K2 was still lighting up.

We then split up again and we went to room four with the two girls, and got several K2 hits, but the coolest thing was when they were taking pictures there was a light streak in the first and in the rest of them the was like a red streak in different places in all the rest of them, it was very cool and unexplainable.  That was at the end of the tour and we locked up and left, while standing outside she was taking pictures and got light streaks again in several of the photos before we left.  As always the Hotel never fails to be exciting and fun.  Thanks Pat!

We also tried the minimag trick in there and had it turn on and off several times.

It was very interesting to see but it didn’t seem like the responses fit with the questions. We could ask something and get a response, and ask again to verify and get no response. Then we would ask something completely opposite of the original question and get a response again. Still, to watch it happen was pretty interesting.

Unfortunately I may have lost what video I do have of that. I dropped the mini-dvd as I was changing it out and put a hefty scratch in it. I hadn’t finalized the dvd yet before removing it and I havent been able to get it to play at all.

Another room of interest was room #8. We had several K2 hits during one visit. I had been standing in one corner of the room where I could see out towards the stairs. At one point it almost looked as if a shadow had passed by that area.

Shortly after, Mark was standing next to the mirror looking out of the room and thought he may seen a shadow by the edge of the door. Within the same time frame it felt as if the room had darkened considerably and Eric described a very cold chill when he asked to be touched.

In the basement we had some very erratic and unusual K2 spikes. To make sure it wasn’t one of the K2′s acting up, we placed a second one right next to it and it would do the same thing. We tried to get video of it but by this time the camera didn’t want to stay on, even with a full battery. Maybe something didn’t want it’s picture taken.

As for other personal experiences aside from room #8, we could hear some shuffling from time to time, and there were two occurences where we thought we may have heard the chain rattle. We did try music in the piano room, but I’m guessing they may not have been Count Basie fans.

Although it was very cold we did enjoy ourselves and would like to thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay at Morse Mill. Maybe when the weather gets warmer we may have to come back up for another visit.
