Throughout her tour her k2 meter was going off quite often. Sometimes if a spirit gets certain energy from you and likes you it will tend to stick by you. These same women were in the cistern room later in the tour and again she felt something touch her. This time she said it was a poke in the middle of her back.

It wasn’t possible for it to be another person in the group. Weird thing was it is the same thing I feel sometimes when I’m in the house. She described the same spot and the same feeling as I get.
While we were in the prostitute’s room investigating, the k2 meters were lighting up. We tried to communicate by asking questions and having it light up for yes. We asked if we were talking to Edward, if he watches over the house, and if he was a man. It lit up for those questions. When we asked if he liked us being there in between those other questions it did not light up. The group really believed we were talking to Edward. A very intelligent conversation, as if spirit is sitting with us.

One of the guys in the group was on the 2nd floor in the little girl’s room. He felt the temperature change and said he saw his breath for a short second and then the temp went back to normal. It was certainly not cold enough for someone to see their breath but another guest in the room with him verified the temp did change.
When another guest was standing in the hallway on the 2nd floor he said his k2 started flashing he said he felt something grab his forearm.

He decided to stay in that spot for a min trying to communicate and said he heard a noise come from behind him. When he turned to look nothing was there. He thinks it was a series of events coming from the same spirit trying to communicate with him.

Almost everyone was “touched” this tour, sprits are behaving as if more trusting?

One woman had us feel the hand that she had the K2 in, it was extremely cold, her other hand was not.

We had activity for a little while and then it stopped as suddenly as it had started. We moved to the other end of the attic and had some K2 activity but it would start and stop very abruptly.

We went down into the slave room and we asked for the flashlight to come on and off, which it did. While we talking about the fact that they like to turn the flashlight on in this room but not off because they probably had to spend a lot of time in the dark we all heard a moan from the far corner of the room. It was pretty loud and everyone heard it.

Next we moved up to the first floor, while we were all in the dining room we heard a dragging/ moving noise from the second floor, as we all listened we could hear men talking from the far end of the house. We couldn’t tell what was being said but we all agreed it was inside and a conversation.

The man went into room #4 and had K2 responses when he was asking questions. Again it would start and stop abruptly. It was a strange night, nothing consistent but you could feel like something was just watching. As we finished the tour of the hotel we were in the small room in the attic. The K2 started going off rapidly, all the way to red.

What the guest didn’t say at first, was that right before it lit up she felt as if someone had grabbed her hand.

We asked her to use the box and tell us if she was holding her hand. A few seconds later we heard what sounded like a little girls voice say no. The guest was sure something was holding her hand.
We decided to close the door while investigating in the prostitutes room hoping it might open for us. When nothing was happening and the house had been quiet for a bit, I decided to bang on the floor and asked someone to make a sound. I pounded twice and moments later we heard two very loud knocks on the closed door. The guest was sitting next to the door and was positive that it came from the door. We tried for it again but got nothing.
We were investigating in the cistern room towards the end of the tour and we really hadn’t had any activity for awhile. We were trying for the flashlight to come on and the k2 meter to light up but it seemed the energy was done for the evening. After asking many questions and trying to communicate, the flashlight came on.

The gentleman of the group was video recording and just as the flashlight came on he spotted something in his camera leave that area of the flashlight and head in my direction. He said it was very quick and was unable to see what it was. He wanted to wait to view it but from how he sounded he was sure he saw something. After that the flashlight turned off and wouldn’t come back on the rest of the tour.
Also, while investigating in the slave area we were in pitch black darkness when two of us saw in the corner of the room what looked like a red light form and disappear quickly. We weren’t sure what it was because at that point we didn’t have any devices on for it to come from. We let it go, but then as the night went on all three of us had commented multiple times that we just saw a red light appear. At one point the guy saw it on his wife’s lap and it disappeared quickly. Don’t know what it could be I’ve never seen that happen before. There were no devices on that could have made the red lights appear in mid air.

• After the group had left three of us (the tour guides) talked by the fire and then decided to go too, when we went upstairs to the first floor to put the equipment away we started to hear loud bangs and male voices from the far end of the house, there was no one inside or outside the house making the noise.  As we stood and listened we saw a dark shadow go across the dining room area.  Then there was another tap/click noise in the piano room with us.  It was late so we finished putting things away and left.

• One of the woman had her eyes start burning while standing in the dining room, it stopped as suddenly as it started.

• There were several in the group that had uneasy feelings in the kitchen and the attic.

• The flashlight was going on and off in the “little girl” room.  It was also going on and off in response to questions in the dining room.

• One of the woman was holding the dowsing rods.  She was a little unsure and skeptical.  She started asking questions and the rods started to respond to her questions.  While she was holding them she was asking the rods to touch her and they started touching each side of her face back and forth as she asked.  Then she held the rods out from her body and they began to spin in circles.

• The K2 meters were going to red in several areas, but not really responding to questions just random lighting.

Typed in order the events occurred:

• loud bang from cistern room before tour started, while getting a fire started  in fireplace room.
• 1^st floor – Shuffling/dragging noise heard twice by all of us while I was talking about the history.  We were all gathered in the piano room.  The noise came from the back corner room next to the bay window room.
• 2^nd floor – guests, 3 girls were in the little girl/master bedroom and saw a shadow in the hall move into the suspended bed bedroom.
• 1^st floor prostitute room – 2 guests sitting in this room in the chairs, flashlight tugged out of a girls hand twice and fell to the floor, she did not drop it, and she felt the tug.  Witnessed by another guest.
• 1^st floor – My son, Keith, had his back jean pocket tugged on in the bay window room.
•  K2 meters were active throughout the building however, very active on the 1^st floor in the corner room next to bay window room, prostitute room and piano room.  Also was very active on 2^nd floor little girls/master bedroom, attic and cistern room.

Minutes into

tour.

6:36        loud bang from the cistern room again, Keith was standing in the doorway of the fireplace room and room leading the slave dungeon, myself and the group were in the slave dungeon.

23:36     Keith’s hand was touched and felt freezing/tingling sensation in the corner room next to bay window room on the 1^st floor, the K2’s were going crazy and lighting up to red.

31:37     again Keith’s hand was touched, felt like it was “held” and again freezing, another guest walked to the corner he was standing in and could feel the temperature difference in the corner in the little girl/master bedroom 2^nd floor.

34:51     same room as above, whisper, child’s voice “who are you?”

103:24   Keith in piano room by himself,  K2 very active lighting up to red, responding to his questions, did not want him to leave the piano room, when trying to walk through the doorway felt a presence in the doorway not wanting him to pass through.  He then asked “do you want me to stay in here? If you do light the meter to red.”  The meter went to red and he stayed in the piano room and continued to get responses to questions.

123:20   Keith by himself in prostitute’s room 1^st floor, heavy breath/sigh captured.  Can’t be certain if this was Keith or something else.

139:52   Keith was upstairs by himself on the 1^st floor, we were warming by the fire in the basement, hear a scratching noise and at the same time Keith says “what the F*** was that?”

140:10   he says “no, nope!” walks away runs down the basement steps to join us by the fire.

• We had a flashlight sitting in the middle of the room for about 20 min doing nothing. As her k2 meter was sitting on her lap pegging on red, she asked it to turn the flashlight on to say goodbye to her. The lights stopped flashing and the flashlight popped on.

• She was amazed by the amount of intelligence it had. The group went to the prostitutes room and we could feel the energy start to surround us. We began to communicate by asking someone to complete our shave and a haircut knocking. We knocked waited a few seconds and sure enough, we heard 2 Knocks coming from the room behind us.

• We went to that room and it took no time for the meter to hold on red. There was definitely something in that room with us.

• We were on the 2nd floor listening, being very quiet and we heard a crack come from corner room. As we turned to see what it was I saw a dark mass pass through the wall beams which darkened 3 lights shining through. Seconds later there was something in the room with us and 2 of us began to get chills on our legs.

• We decided to finish up on the main floor and I stomped my foot to make a loud noise and asked it to do the same. From above, in little girls room, we heard what sounded like a chair being pushed against the wall. It was very loud. We went up but could find nothing that could of been the source.

• WOW what a busy busy 2 hrs…

A women was standing in the kitchen and said she felt a strand of her hair being pulled out. A single strand of hair, while nowhere near a wall, a nail or person to explain how possible.

A little later in the basement she felt her hair being pulled again.

About 30 min into the tour, a women started to feel tingling in her right arm. As the tour progressed the numbing went to her ear and head and stayed the whole time she was in the house.

Using the dowsing rods in the little girls room, one rod began to spin around in circles then came to a stop. Like in a spooky movie, except this was  really happening?

• Strap on bag was pulled in attic.

• In upstairs room getting responses to questions with flashlight.

• Getting responses to dowsing rod questions in piano room.

• While in the fireplace room half the group heard a whistle, that seemed to be in that room, asked the other half of the group that were in the slave/dungeon area if it was them,  they had not whistled and did not hear the whistle.  Went back to conversation and the whistle occurred several more times but always when everyone was busy talking and not paying attention.  The whistle was almost like someone trying to get attention.  When one of the people in the fireplace room actually whistled, the group in the slave/dungeon heard them and asked about whistle, but they never heard the other whistles.

• While entire group was in the basement could hear walking and bangs from upstairs.

• Could hear shuffling noise coming from corner of basement.

• While in room #4 both K2′s and flashlight were going on/off in response to questions.  When group started singing old “civil war” type songs the Mel meter went up to a 4.6 and the temperature dropped in the room.

• The six hours went by quickly.

We started to set up in piano room and while doing so, we heard a ball with a bell in it start to jingle. It was located down the hall from where they were. This ball was brought from home.

>The “little Girl’s Room” is the last room in the building that has wall boards yet to be cleared, for renovation.

>While Investigating in the little girls room we heard a noise in the remaining closet. 1 Man started taking pics, no surprise there was an orb in that area.

>On the main floor we heard 2 popping sounds coming from the kitchen. We went to investigate and the k2 went off immediately.

Monday up till 1pm, he says he thought it was a goofy idea-ghosts. He had never experienced anything, he had serious doubts. At 1pm he was standing at the top of the attic stairs alone in the building, heading down with his tools when he says.” It was dead silent, I looked around to make sure I had everything when I heard 5 footsteps then the sound of someone turning around. The sound flooring makes when you pivot, and it creaks I went down thru the floors and I was alone”. I locked, armed the alarm and left.

Patrick just laughed when he heard, and stated:”Another skeptic is cured”.

Tuesday Patrick showed up, to review the progress. We both stood 1 floor above the piano room, in the lunch hour when the piano key down stairs strikes one time. Charlie use to deliver, assemble, and tune piano’s. He says, “It was the 2nd highest key, I forget what it is called but recognize the tone”. Charlie says if Patrick hadn’t mentioned hearing it, he would of said nothing, but they both heard the piano.

Bright mid afternoon, and things as always are awake, and moving in the empty 4 floors.

As we prepare to start framing new interior walls, we wonder what is going to happen?

There were 2 guys communicating with someone in rm 4(prostitute room) with 2 flashlights going off and on, to yes or no questions when there was a loud bang that came from the room behind them. When they looked there was nothing there. Loud to the point the floor shook, it was scary!

In the cistern rm all 4 k2s were going off in unison, while another guest was using the dowsing rods. They began to spin around and around. She decided she didn’t want to use them anymore. she didn’t want to learn what was making them spin!

Guests heard voices coming from small rm in attic.

We were doing the tour in little girls rm on 2nd floor when someone saw the belt hanging in the closet start to move. You could also hear the wood shelf cracking as if someone was climbing on it.

10-12 group

A girl felt something push against the back of her leg in the attic. She conveyed it was something pressing against her, but nothing or no one was behind her…creepy but very cool.

In the main dining area we weren’t getting any activity so I asked for the flashlight to come on. I counted to 3 and it immediately came on. At exactly the moment the guide said “3″?

Ladies were in cistern rm and were playing with dowsing rods. Everywhere one lady went the rods would move and point to a lady everywhere she would walk.

We were in the bay window room on 2nd floor and we were talking about the little girl messing with peoples emotions. As soon as I finished talking a ladies nose started tingling and her eyes filled with tears. She had to get up and leave the room. It was surreal, watching her basically being physically engaged this way, while everyone sat dumbfounded and amazed.

We had a lot of activity in the cistern room. Flashlights were turning on and off and all the k2 meters were going off at the same time. The flashlights turning on and off on their on is creepy, but when 10 feet away 3 meters(K2) being held by 3 guests all start pegging to full red(highest setting) you kinda realize your not alone and probably in the company of several spirits!

This was a group that had been there before but some of the members had missed the tour, so as we toured the building we heard three distinct knocks coming from below us while we were in the attic.

The last time they were in the building one of the guys told me he had a door slammed in his face on the second floor in the bay window room.  He was excited for the night to begin.

We had such an awesome time last Saturday at the Morse Mill Hotel!! Everyone was so excited to be there, but we had no idea what we were really in for; I don’t think we actually realized that we would be experiencing so much activity! You both were so awesome, and we loved that you guys answered so many of our questions!! I think the history alone is enough to make it a worth while visit; the activity we experienced was just an added bonus!

I have attached the image of the bolt of light. It still gives us all chills, and I can still hear that crazy crackling noise her camera was making! We also have an incredible video of the flashlight turning on very brightly and off in the basement, but it’s not emailing properly; so we will get that online asap and send you the link! We also have a lot of orb photos (and when I say a lot, I mean it!); I can forward those along as well.

Thank you so much for allowing us to experience the Morse Mill Hotel. I’ve already had to forward on information to a bunch of friends and coworkers who are really interested in visiting as well! Our group would love to come back again when it’s a little warmer outside, and yes, keep us all in mind for anything you have coming up! We would love to be a part of it. I think my husband and I have found a new hobby!!

The energy was being pulled off the lantern, as K2 meters pegged red. The lantern on the floor, is a huge source of power for it’s powered by 8 “D” batteries. I remember it only flickered briefly.

• While investigating in the attic you could feel the energy surrounding you. Something was up in the space with us, that was obvious. Meters going full red?

• K2 meters holding red while flashlight turning on and off. It was as if we had several spirits in the room, devices 15 ft apart?

• A guests camera started making a cracking noise and her pic came out with a huge lightning bolt directly in the center of our circle of people.

• In the bay window room on 1st floor a man felt something brush the top of his head.

• In the piano room a lady was sitting on the couch and after her friend stopped playing the piano, she felt a huge tug on the bottom of her pant leg. She left the room after that.

• We were in rm 4 using the dowsing rods. No matter where I asked them to move the rods, they would quickly move there. Everyone was amazed to see this, it was creepy.

• While holding these rods of copper, you could feel your hands go numb then they start to move-creepy creepy creepy.

> While sitting in the attic a guest had their equipment sitting on the floor and I asked if they could shut one of them off. About 2 min later his voice recorders light went off and it was no longer

> In the attic we were asking for a noise and all of a sudden we all heard a very loud baby cry. We then asked for them to do it again and it did but much quieter.

> 2 guest were in the bay window room on 1st floor and they smelled cigar smoke at the same time as k2 started going off.

> 10-12 group > On the 2nd floor in bay window room lady said she felt something touch her neck. She felt her hair brush across her neck.

> When we were in the attic we heard banging sound and some kind of metal clanking coming from below us.

> Soon after we heard the noises the emf detector started beeping for the first and only time of the night.

> A group was standing in the piano room and had just stopped playing a few keys on the piano when the guy claimed someone whispered in his ear “WOW”. He turned to see if it was his friend but it wasn’t possible.

Dewey says he got up, to use the bathroom at the end of the hall. As he left the room, looking left he saw a man, exactly as told. The man slowly turned, before their eyes met Dewey went back in the room. Skipping the bathroom visit!

2 women last weekend saw him, in that window. A psychic said he is staying in a room, 2nd floor facing river middle room right of hall door.

Heard knocks and bangs from upstairs almost like chair sliding across floor.

One person felt like they were being touched in the piano room while listening to history.

Flashlight rolled off the table in the dining room while everyone was in the piano room.

Woman felt like she was touched on left side and stomach area.

One woman felt tense in the kitchen like she couldn’t move.

The same woman was touched twice in the prostitutes room and had her necklace grabbed and pulled from behind.

She had scratches on her back. None of the females on the tour wanted to be on the second floor, they felt sad, light headed and like they shouldn’t go into certain rooms.

In the attic the one woman felt like something touched her arm, the other woman had taken a picture in that direction at the time and there is a mist around the hand she felt the touch on. While trying to debunk lights in one picture, another picture was taken and there is a mist/smoke wrapping around my legs as I walk out of the little room in the attic.

The woman with the camera had trouble with her camera in some areas like someone was not letting her take pictures (she had very expensive camera and takes photos all the time, said it had never “frozen” before), one of the pictures that we all looked at was later gone from the camera. The picture that vanished, looked like a noose, of light?

After she looks through them hopefully she will send them, she has several with mist and odd lights.

I was sitting in piano room and couldn’t get anything. 2 guests came in and said their meter would light up when they asked about me. When they came in their k2 was flashing like it followed them all the way to me.

This is the list things written by the guests, that experienced them.

• K2 activity in several areas.
• orb in kitchen.
• voice in dining room.
• felt that they were touched on the face in prostitutes room.
• heard something bump in cistern room.
• felt cold breeze move past in cistern room.
• heard “that’s funny” on spirit box in cistern room.
• one person felt sad in dungeon area.
• two different parts of this group experienced the flashlight going on/off on request in slave room.
• heard noise in piano room.
• batteries were drained.
• cameras were going dark then coming back on.
• one woman watched as her camera showed the battery being drained.
• when using the dowsing rods the rods would move on request and point at specific people on request.
• in the attic they were touched, felt sick and heard footsteps.

1. Some K2 meter activity, nothing like the 8pm session.
2. Used dowsing rods in room #4.  Rods moved in answer to questions and pointed at specific people on request.
3. One of the girls were touched on the left shoulder, then as we talked about it she was touched on her right.
4. The room became noticeably colder while the rods were being used.

The activity was everywhere at the 8pm to 10pm session.

Several skeptics enlightened, love it!

The evening was strange in that the meters showed us being followed, and when all 3 meters placed n the table the all pegged in unison so the spirit or multiple spirits, displayed substantial energy.

> In the back room in attic we were sitting in a circle with flashlight and k2 meter in the middle. The k2 was holding on red and I asked it to stop making those light up and turn the flashlight on. 5 seconds later lights stopped and flashlight came on. Crazy!

Group 10-12
> A lady had something following her around the house for awhile. Everywhere she went the k2 would go off. She checked her phone to make sure it wasn’t that and couldn’t get it to go off. SHe said it was creepy knowing she had something following her, and impacting the meter as she walks.

> When we were in the prostitutes room we had the k2 going off and the flashlight. It gave 2 intelligent answers to “light the k2 if you are a women” and “are you lonely”? It lit up for both.

> We were in the basement by the fireplace and we heard kind of like a dragging sound coming from the corner. Tried to find what it was but couldn’t find anything.
